Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

Processing time: Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Shipping options:

• Standard shipping — $10
• Express shipping — $15

Delivery times vary depending on your location, typically 3–7 business days for standard shipping and 1–3 business days for express, once dispatched. 

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email. If you haven't received your order within the expected timeframe, contact us at hi@yofi.com.au and we'll look into it.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the parcel has left our hands, but we're happy to help track things down if there's an issue.
